What is stored here

Saving a build writes a named allocation, its class, level and source snapshot into this browser’s local storage. It does not create an account or a server-side build record. Clearing site data, using a different browser profile, or changing devices removes access to those local saves.

Local saves and share links are different

A local save is a private shortcut in this browser. A #b= share link encodes the allocation into the URL so another person can open it without an account. An official v9_ Build Code travels in the game’s format and must be imported into a class calculator first.

Limits and recovery

Renaming, duplicating and deleting affect only this browser. If the imported snapshot changes, a saved build opens through the same migration rules as a share link: renamed talents keep their points where possible, removed talents are refunded, and surviving points must still pass the current row gates and prerequisites.
